Brittany: After having been involved in numerous weddings over the years I made the bold and brave choice to plan my wedding day on my own. Fortunately, all of my advanced planning went the way I had wanted, but as the day grew closer I began to realize that doing everything on my own on the actual day of the wedding was going to be impossible, I needed help. Fortunately a good friend of mine had experience with event coordination and was willing and able to step up when I mentioned I thought I needed some help.

Eva: I was so excited when I was officially asked to be a part of Brittany's big day as her event coordinator! As she mentioned, I do have quite an extensive background in Hospitality Management and Event Coordination and the opportunity to put those skills back to work and contribute to making her day a success was a natural fit for me and one I began really looking forward to. Brittany had things unusually well organized in advance and once we went over her vision for the day I knew I would be able to step in and help guide her vision into a reality 

Brittany: On the day of the wedding everything was perfectly organized in a way that felt sophisticated and professional. I didn’t have any stress or last minute complications to deal with; it could not have gone any better. Our guests and the vendors were all amazed and shocked to hear this wasn’t Eva’s full-time job.

Eva: Afterwards Brittany and I went over how the day had gone and the comments from the guests and attendees and had a chance to pat ourselves on the back for a job well done. We started talking about the possibility of turning this success into something more, and when one of the attendees from Brittany's wedding reached out to me asking if I would coordinate her wedding as well, we took it as a sign that our instincts were correct and our journey officially got started. 

Brittany: Once we knew this was something we really wanted to do together we wanted a name that truly reflected the spirit of our partnership. After some brainstorming we landed on a playful version of our last names - and Hoot N' Hare was born! A name we hope will reflect how much of our hearts go into our business, and the passion and fun we bring with us to every job.
